09Maritime · Ship Chandling
Vessel supplies, coordinated with precision.
Provisions, stores and operational essentials sourced against each vessel's requirements and coordinated for delivery while she is in port — from our base in Tema.
Overview
A ship's needs don't wait for a convenient moment.
Every call comes with a list — provisions for the crew, stores for the deck and engine room, consumables for the voyage ahead. Ship chandling is the work of turning that list into the right goods, checked and delivered alongside without holding up the ship's programme. We build on the supplier relationships behind our procurement practice and coordinate each order around the vessel's time in port.
How a supply request runs
From the requisition to the gangway.

01 / 05 — Request
Your list, in one place.
Send the vessel's requirements — provisions, stores, technical items — with the expected arrival and berth. We confirm what we can source and flag anything with a lead time before you commit.

02 / 05 — Source
Sourced against the order.
Items are sourced through our supplier relationships and matched line by line to what was asked for, rather than substituted by default.

03 / 05 — Prepare
Checked before it moves.
Each order is assembled, checked against the requisition and packed to be handled safely on the quay.

04 / 05 — Coordinate
Timed to the call.
Delivery is arranged around the vessel's berthing and programme, taking the relevant port and terminal requirements into account.

05 / 05 — Deliver
Alongside and aboard.
Supplies are delivered to the vessel and handed over, with any outstanding items and accompanying documents confirmed at the time.
