These terms govern your use of the Cosmopolitan Logistics Limited website. By browsing the site or submitting an enquiry you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Content on this site — service descriptions, transit indications, capacity figures and coverage claims — is provided for general information. It is not an offer, and it does not form part of any contract of carriage, storage or brokerage.

• Rates quoted are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to carrier surcharges, currency movement, statutory duties, port charges and demurrage.
• A booking is only confirmed once we issue a written acceptance referencing a job or booking number.
• Clients must supply complete and accurate cargo descriptions, HS codes, weights and documentation. We are not liable for delays, fines or seizures arising from inaccurate or late information.

All freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing and haulage services are performed subject to our standard trading conditions and, where applicable, the standard trading conditions of the Ghana Institute of Freight Forwarders and the terms of the relevant carrier's bill of lading or air waybill. • Do not tender prohibited, undeclared hazardous or illicit goods.
• Ensure cargo is properly packed, marked and fit for the mode of transport booked.
• Hold adequate cargo insurance; we do not insure goods unless expressly instructed.
• Settle invoices within the agreed credit terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, our liability in connection with any shipment is limited as set out in our standard trading conditions and the applicable international conventions. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, market or production, however arising.

The Cosmopolitan Logistics name, emblem, photography, copy and site design are owned by Cosmopolitan Logistics Limited. You may not reproduce, republish or use them commercially without our prior written consent.

Where we link to carrier tracking portals, regulators or partner sites, we do not control that content and accept no responsibility for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
