A vessel call starts before the ship is in sight. Where the cargo needs its own tonnage, we broker the charter through our relationships with lines and operators — and the vessel sets course for Tema.

One contact for the call.
Ship agency support coordinates the terminal, port stakeholders and service providers around the ship's programme — before arrival, at berth and through operations.
